Mega Bathrooms Return Policy

1. Cancellation of the order.

We always work hard to deliver the best service possible, however, we know that sporadically a case may occur with the items of your order.

I case you are not happy with the products or items and parts are missing, damaged or faulty our customer service team is here to help you to cancel your order.

We guarantee you with the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items or any time before the products are dispatched.

You can inform us of your intention to cancel by mail at returns@megabathrooms.com or by phone on 0161 203 60 60.

2. Cancellation and Return of Goods

If you no longer want the products or you change your mind, we will accept returned products provided it is within 14 working days of receipt.

Please arrange for a courier, or alternatively, you can leave your returns in person.

We accept returns at our shop in Manchester or Liverpool in person. If you choose to return your items in person to our shops please call our office 0161 203 60 60 to arrange a date.

You will be in charge of the goods and of any costs associated with the return of the products.

All cancelled products must be returned in its pristine condition and in the original packaging. We will not refund or reject the return of any products that are damaged while in your possession or in transit back to us.

3. Return of Faulty Goods Received

All the products must be fully inspected and checked the day of delivery, to avoid delay, we must be notified of any faulty or damaged product within 48hrs of receipt.

After the communication is received one of our customer care team member will contact you to instruct about the procedure to follow to sort the issue, please never take an action before our response.

Should we request that you send goods back to us, we ask that you include a receipt for any postage costs that you may incur so that we may refund the full cost of postage.

To ensure a quick and effective resolution, we do ask that any damage discovered during the process of inspecting, is reported to Us as soon as possible, however, damaged goods reported within 30 days are subject to your usual statutory rights.

We reserve the right to ask the manufacturers to test the products reported as faulty, if it is determined the goods are not faulty or if the faults are considered to be caused by damage or abuse this will void any warranty, goods will be returned to you and no refund or replacement issued.

4. Warranty & Guarantees

All products from Mega Bathrooms come with a minimum 12 months of Manufacturers Guarantee.

If during the manufacturer's warranty period the product develops a fault cover by the warranty we ask you to contact us, we will then advise you on the next steps.

Follow the procedure based on the manufacturer's warranty in some case we will replace the faults directly or if differently specified on the warranty we will advise you with the contact of the manufacturers than deal directly with customer
